conjoon - it's here to lighten up your day. But - what if it made you sad? If you came across a bug that definitely shouldn't be there (we totally agree on that...)? Tell us how you feel by using the Make a Suggestion- or Report a Bug-dialog! Both dialogs can be opened from the Help Menu of the Menu Bar.

The Make a Suggestion Dialog
The Make a Suggestion dialog can be opened from the Menu Bar's Help Menu by clicking the Make a suggestion Menu Item.
The dialog's purpose is to let you make a suggestion for a new feature or for a change in functionality which could enhance your (an probably other people's) conjoon experience. The request will end up in the conjoon forums so that the conjoon developers can take care of it.
The dialog will show a wizard which provides two steps for collecting information. The first page shows an informational text and let's you choose whether to make the feature request public or to keep it private. The second step collects all the data related to your feature request. This helps us in categorizing and prioritizing the request.

The Report a Bug Dialog
The Report a Bug dialog can be opened from the Menu Bar's Help Menu by clicking the Report a Bug Menu Item.
In case you have experienced some sort of issue with conjoon, you can use the dialog to send us a report (we're doing our best to keep conjoon bug-free, but you know, things just happen). The report will end up in the conjoon forums so that the conjoon developers can take care of it.
The dialog will show a wizard which provides two steps for collecting information. The first page shows an informational text and let's you choose whether to make the bug report public or to keep it private. The second step collects all the data related to the issue. This helps us in reproducing the bug with our systems and in defining a severity - if any - for the issue. See How to submit Feedback for information about using the dialog.
What happens with your Data
Once you have sent the feedback, it will end up in our forums. It is by default not visible and can only be seen by the forum moderators. They will check whether you have decided to keep the feedback private or not. If you chose to not make the report public, it will not end up in the forums for other users to see. In any other case, we will make it available for all forum users for reading and commenting.

How to submit Feedback
The following will explain how to send feedback with the Make a Suggestion dialog. This how-to can be applied 1:1 to the Report a Bug dialog since it looks almost the same (except for a few elements labeled differently).
- When opening the wizard, it will show the first of two cards which gather all the information you are about to send. It provides an informational text - the 'Privacy Information' - and let's you choose if you want to make your feedback public or if you want to keep it private. Either check or uncheck the checkbox and click the button labeled 'Next >' at the bottom of the dialog to go to the next card.
In the second and final step, an input form is provided. At the bottom of the form you will find two optional text fields where you can specify your name and your email address. You can leave both fields blank as they are not needed for us to process your request (however, we like to see people introducing themselves). At the top of the form is a combo box, which let's you select the component for which you wish to leave feedback, and right beneath it is a text area so you can briefly - or in detail - explain your observations.
The combo box and the text area are both mandatory fields. You cannot send feedback until you have provided some data for these fields, as the button labeled 'Send Suggestion' (in case you are submitting a suggestion) or 'Send Report' (in case you are submitting a bug report) will be disabled as long as no data is specified.
- Once you have typed in your feedback, click the 'Send Suggestion' (for submitting a suggestion) or 'Send Report' (for submitting a bug report) button to submit the feedback. After this, the dialog will be closed without further notice.
